All quotes provided are based on the information you supply and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices for services are detailed on our website and are subject to change. The final cost may vary depending on the condition of the pool/spa and the specific services required. Any additional work required will be communicated and approved by you before commencement.
3. Scheduling and Access
You are responsible for providing safe and unobstructed access to the pool, spa, and all related equipment on the scheduled service day. If we are unable to access the property, a call-out fee may be charged.
4. Client Obligations
To ensure the effectiveness of our services, you agree to:
- Maintain appropriate water levels in the pool and/or spa.
- Ensure all pool and spa equipment is in good working order. Report any known faults to us prior to service.
- Keep the area surrounding the pool and equipment free of obstacles, debris, and pets.
5. Payment
Payment for services is due upon receipt of the invoice, unless otherwise agreed in a service contract. We accept payment via the methods specified on the invoice. Late payments may incur interest charges.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any claim, damage, loss, or expense related to the supply of our services is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for pre-existing damage to pools, spas, or equipment, or for any issues arising from faulty equipment not maintained or repaired by us. While we take the utmost care, we are not responsible for damage caused by natural events, acts of third parties, or failure of the client to adhere to our recommendations.

8. Governing Law
